There is a Security Deposit of 30% of the rental amount(held on a signed credit card slip), $750 Cleaning fee & $125 reservation fee for all bookings. Special rates apply for holiday weeks and bookings longer than 1 month. Rates are based on a 7-night stay. Oahu: All rates are subject to a Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax and General Excise Tax of 12.962%. Please note that this amount will increase to 13.962% on July 1, 2010.
