This luxurious, newly refurbished apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a period building at the heart of the fashionable Left Bank shopping district, in Rue de Rennes.

Entrance to the building is into an impressive entrance hall with wide staircase or lift access to the apartment. Decorated and furnished to the highest of standards throughout, with impeccable taste, the apartment is particularly light and airy, with high ceilings, parquet floors with rugs and many period features, including panelled walls and ceiling mouldings. The furnishing throughout are in neutral shades of white, cream and brown.

The entrance hall, with its curved panelled walls and chandelier combines as a dining area, with a small round table, seating four, which can be folded out for meals. The well equipped kitchen is just to the right of the hall. The living room features very high windows overlooking the street below, as does one of the double bedrooms. The other bedroom overlooks a courtyard at the rear of the apartment and there is a large shower room in between, shared by both bedrooms.
