Azimut - P927 Provence

Azimut is a 7 bedroom contemporary villa with an independent apartment that offers 2 additional bedrooms and is approximately 3 miles from Aix en Provence.

On the garden floor:

The basement comprises of a garage and an exercise room which can be an extra bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and a bathroom (shower and toilet), a sauna, a shower with cloakroom and a toilet. There is also a laundry room.

On the first floor:

Huge 1,290 sq ft sitting room superbly decorated with sofas facing the retractable picture window, granite floors, grand piano, ‘zen’ atmosphere, a number of Asiatic ornaments, a number of contemporary pictures with a dining room and home cinema with entrance on the north side. The north side is thecaretakers’ side. There is a superb, practical and fully equipped kitchen. Patio to the North leads to the ornamental pools. There are southern hardwood terraces that require "no shoes"as barefeet are requested.

Bedroom Details

  • The sleeping quarters are reached by a corridor with storage space and an independent toilet: 4 bedrooms in bright colors, 4 bathrooms (2 with baths, 2 with showers, with toilet) 1 king size bed, 1 large single and 2 standard double beds.
  • On the second floor: Air conditioned master suite with large king size bed, behind which a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, basin, shower room with Italian shower, toilet, dressing room. An Office follows on and a rest room with a child bed (under 5 years old)
  • New in 2009: Added an independent apartment with 2 bedrooms ( one single, one double)that offers a kitchen and one bathroom.

Pool Details

  • Heated horizon swimming pool 26 x 59 ft (6ft deep) It offers 8 sun beds with 3 large umbrellas and an outside shower.

Staff Details

  • 4 hrs of housework per day, Monday through Friday, 9 am until 1 pm.
