Bastide Chatillon - PR 220 Provence

This Provence villa for hire lies on the border of the Drôme/Vaucluse regions of Provence, famed for their vineyards and lavender fields.

It is a lovely home, decorated with warm colors and tasteful furnishings, surrounded by local vineyards with a forest backdrop offering different walks to enjoy. The extensive grounds have several shaded areas under large, mature trees, colorful shrubs and the heady perfume from Provencal lavender plants.

The local village of St Paul Trois Chateaux has a classic French square, a pretty old town, a variety of restaurants, a weekly market and good local shops. The Roman town of Orange is only 15 miles away with its wealth of annual summer concerts held in the Roman amphitheatre. This Provence villa for hire with pool is well located to explore this fascinating region of France.

Ground Floor:

The colorful entrance area is decorated with Provencal colours. There is a living room, two seating areas an enclosed atrium & doors to tht lead to the garden. There is a TV, video and stereo. The study looks directly into the atrium. There also is a nice kitchen witha guest bathroom.

First Floor:

Second seating area with large patio doors opening to the poolside lawn.

There is a master double bedroom (1.60m) decorated in fresh white and blue, ensuite bathroom . There is one Double bedroom (1.50m)
and Two Double bedrooms (1.40m) that overlook the front terrace and garden. On this floor there is a bathroom and a separate shower with a WC.

Second floor:

The 2nd floor is unsuitable for children as there are low unprotected windows and open-sided stairs. There is one double bedroom with a sloping ceiling and ensuite bathroom.

Grounds:

There are enclosed grounds with a pool that features a fountain. The lawns are private with a garden, a covered terrace that features a fountain, a covered terrace and a barbecue.
