Bastide Vallat - P960 Provence

At the heart of the Provence region is a beautifully landscaped property with its own kitchen garden and a field of lavenders that truly lives up to its reputation.

Bastide Vallat is a beautifully landscaped property as the entrance is through an automatic gate with the caretakers living on property in an apartment attached at the northern corner of the Bastide. There is a nice ground of petanque (bowl play) at the back with a tennis table and bicycles can be delivered on request in advance.

On the South side there is a heated non chlorine swimming pool (18m x 6m) with an electric cover and a covered pool house with couches, a Weber gas BBQ, cloakroom, and a shower with toilet. Pool towels are provided. There is also a 2 car garage and a hooded area for 4 others.

There is a large courtyard with an entrance with a lift, a ground floor bedroom with a king size bed, a nearby a fitness place with large shower, steam bath and Jacuzzi. There is a laundry room with 2 washers,2 dryers and a garage.

Huge living room with several wooden benches, a bar and a fireplace, HiFi, a dining room, fully equipped with vaulted ceilings and a wine cellar at the guest’s disposal with an inventory listing.

Upstairs : TV room with large screen and down the hallway is an Internet desk with 2 computers and a printer.

On the 2nd floors are 4 bedrooms- The master suite has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, toilet, 2 basins and a dressing room. A second bedroom with a living area, complete bathroom and dressing room. The third bedroom has a complete bathroom a corner living room and balcony. The fourth bedroom has a living room, bathroom with toilet and a large terrace.

Bedrooms number 5 and 6 are located on the 3rd floor with its own living room and complete bathroom.

Each bedroom has a 2m x2m king size bed with 4 pillows per bed and a salon with sofa. Each bedroom has a safe for a aptop and values. A mini fridge and a coffee maker is available. A full bathroom with tub or shower and separate toilets. TV 37’. All offer luxury bed linens made in Austria.

  • Colin the caretaker can prepare all the breakfasts each morning ( shopping at the client's cost payable at time of service)
  • A nice light meal will be provided at the arrival of the guests
  • The first breakfast is also offered on Sunday morning
  • Invitations will be given for a tasting and visit of famous Luberon cellar wine during the week
  • There is also a 2 car garage and a hooded area for 4 others
