Tucked away on the slopes of the Massif de Vaucluse, Belle Vue combines privacy and a beautiful country setting with unbeatable proximity to local villages and the best sites of Provence. Choose between two nearby villages for shops, cafes and the flavor of local life, both just down the hill, minutes away. A few kilometers further, you'll discover the bustling antique and produce market of renowned Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, or visit the famous Roman antiquities in Orange and Vaison-la-Romaine. Equally close are the hilltop towns of the Luberon Valley - Bonnieux, Gordes, & Roussillon. And for wine connoisseurs, the great domains of the Cote du Rhone are just a stones throw away.

The property itself accommodates both a large group of adults and one or two families equally well. There is a variety of casual living spaces scattered between the main house and the separate guest wing that allows enough room for everyone to get together or to find a quiet corner for privacy. A wonderful indoor-outdoor flow provides access to outdoor living spaces: terraces, shaded dining, and the pool area. And, over aperitifs at the end of the day, be sure to try your hand at a spirited game of boules in the large entry courtyard.

A variety of generous living spaces provides flexibility and independence. Living room and dining room on ground floor open directly to outside through glass doors. Large, well-equipped kitchen. Separate, middle floor family room with TV/DVD. Large play room on top floor. Separate wing has small sitting area, dining and galley kitchen.

Large gated property with well tended gardens, terraces, covered dining patio, views over rolling, wooded Provencal countryside. Pool (30'x 12') with surrounding deck; pool house with BBQ & fridge.

  • Luberon hilltop towns (20-30min) including Ménèrbes, Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste & Roussillon
  • Côtes de Rhone wine villages (20 min)
  • Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Beaumes de Venise & Avignon & Orange (15-25min).

Bedroom Details

  • Comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults in 5 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, plus extra child's room.
  • Bedroom #1: Queen size bed & Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, both bedrooms are on the middle floor and have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The study has extra single bed which can be used by child or nanny.
  • Located on the top floor is the Master Bedroom #3: 2 Twins that can be combined as King has en suite with tub.
  • Ground Floor: Powder room and Bedroom #4: 2 Twins that can be combined as King
  • Bedroom #5: Queen size bed in a separate guest wing with exterior access, both have en suite bathrooms (walk-in showers).

Pool Details

  • Pool (30’x 12’) with surrounding deck

Staff Details

  • 3 times per week cleaning is included with mid week towel changes. Saturdays are the full house keeping days, all linens are changed.
  • Electricity: gas and water are included.
  • The only extra is the telephone bill.
  • Extra maid service and personal laundry cleaning is available at an additional cost.
