Boulbon - P922 Provence

Charming, beautifully decorated 6 bedroom villa located at the foot of the hill "La Montagnette", and only 15km from Avignon.

The main house provides 5 bedrooms on the same level and a contiguous studio with 1 bedroom. On the right side: 2 double bedrooms: one named « VACANCES » with a king size bed, bathroom with bath tub, terrace, the 2nd named « GRAND SIECLE » with king size bed too, bathroom with shower. All linen and bath robes are refined as the interior decoration.

On the left, a large salon with fireplace (wood provided for free by the caretaker), multilingual library, Satellite TV, HiFi, DVD, Telephone, HS Internet access, Dining room, Fully equipped kitchen with intercom(entrance gate) dishwasher, US fridge, microwaves, many food processors and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Then 3 other bedrooms which share a large bathroom with a bath tub, a shower, toilet. One located at the North side “ONDINE” is with a queen size bed, another at the South side “ BADAYERE” is with a king size bed, the 3d “ BLEUE” is a single room with a large single bed.

At the back of the villa : a studio nicely decorated with a double bedroom with a standard double size bed, a small bathroom with a shower and toilets, a kitchen in a cupboard, a living room with TV, DVD, HiFi with CD Player and sofa(no sofa bed)

Staff Details

  • Cleaning : 3 hours x 2 per week included
  • Pets allowed

Villa Notes

  • Cleaning is expected from the guests: dishes, garbage etc. as this would not be done by the cleaning lady and will incur extra costs for cleaning.
  • All equipment for babies on request; 2 cribs and 2 highchairs
  • All the house is nicely decorated with Art works which can be purchased

  • Please note that France villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
