Cerisaie is a very beautiful property that was actually a former silkworm house, located between LaCoste and Bonnieux at the heart of the Luberon, 5km from Bonnieux and its small shops, 12km of Apt and its famous market, 40km from Avignon. It offers a panoramic view overlooking the Luberon, Ventoux and the village of Bonnieux.

Landscaped garden with several terraces on hillside, entirely enclosed with a tennis court . Kiosk with benches in the shape of a snail and shaded table. Shower ingeniously hidden in a former stone well. There are 2 fountains which are not protected near a planted garden of lavender, boxwood, cherry trees, cypress, rose trees. On the ower level of the garden, part a la Francaise. There is vast parking and there is a possibility to organize big parties outside in the garden on the17 acres of vineyards.

MAIN HOUSE - LA CERISAIE: Accommodates 14 people.
Garden Level: 2 double bedrooms with inter- connecting door . Each with small bath room (shower, toilet, wash-hand basin), direct opening on the garden. The blue room has 2 single beds by 2m. The pink room has a queen size bed by 2m. Underground arched cave with freezer. Laundry Central heating, water-softener, washer, dryer, and professional ironing machine.

Ground Level: A porch and an arbor, BBQ, outdoor table for 22 people. Direct access in a vast living room nicely decorated with painted walls of bunches of bougainvillea, many paintings of contemporary artists. Open and central area for cooking. Fully equipped kitchen with a La Cornue ranged, large refrigerator, Micro wave, professional dishwasher, many food processors, coffee Expresso machine, ice-cream freezer. Dining room with 2 tables, tablecloths embroidered in the name of the property La Cerisaie. Beautiful Provencal fireplace. Living Room with TV, seat benches in L, armchairs, coffee table. Satellite TV (US , GB and Middle-East channels ), giant screen, HIFI, Video, DVD. Monumental spiral staircases made of Espei stone (local stone). Toilet with WCs.

Second Level: The Master bedroom and its office. King size bed. Cupboards. Private telephone line. Office opening onto terrace with small piano, fax, connection Internet, TV with satellite (Russian channels only). On this floor a separate WC. A complete bathroom with shower, bath-tub, 2 basins, direct opening onto the private terrace and a cot.

Third Level: A vast room (dormitory for children) with a 40 cm high wooden podium including 8 single beds by 2m, many cupboards, a playing area, desk corners. 1 independent WC, a shower-room with 2 showers, 2 basins.

Rented with the main house The outbuildinings located 400 meters away: The FARM HAUT TRIGAUD accommodates 6 with 3 double suites including: " The Dovecote", "The Tower", "The Mount Ventoux", All these bedrooms have their own individual bathroom + individual WC. In each bedroom: 2 single beds connected. "The Tower"'s bathroom is equipped with spa and hammam(Turkish bath). "The Dovecote"and "The Mount Ventoux" bathrooms are equipped with: shower + bath + sink + WC. Note: . "The Dovecote" has TV, DVD, Fax, Internet and Telephone installations, a cot and a sofa bed that can be used by 2 children. All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor and have central heating. Wireless Internet and telephone are available in each room.

On the first floor there is a separate kitchen: the winter kitchen with an "Aga" range and the summer kitchen with a "La Cornue" range. Next to the kitchen is a traditional dining room. There is a laundry room and a cellar. There is a large living room with a Provencal XVIII century fireplace, library, bar and TV. The tennis court and the swimming pool are located in La Cerisaie.
