In the heart of Luberon, this magnificent estate is set on approximately 225 acres, which includes 187.5 acres of vines producing AOC Cote du Luberon wine and 50 acres of parkland encompassing a group of superb stones buildings (approximately 3,000 square meters). Residents will enjoy the magnificent unspoilt view over the Mont Ventoux and the surrounding mountain ranges and the Gordes valley.This country property is full of character, in part dating from the 17th century, and offers outstanding appointments throughout.

The Main House (approx. 1000 sqm) is entirety air conditioned by a cooling floor except in the 2 attic bedrooms.

Ground floor: spacious entrance hall ( 20 sqm) featuring old wood doors with stones doorframes, Luberon-stone floors with marble insets and stones staircase. Grand reception room (approx. 75 sqm) with period fireplace in stone that opens behind the house onto a terrace to the swimming-pool in front of the house a terrace with a panoramic view. There is a beautiful dining room with "French" ceiling and fully equipped kitchen with period tiling. The ground floor also offers a cellar.

Basement: Large games room with billiard, bar, fully equipped fitness room with Elliptical and a Cross trainer . There is a beautiful wine cellar that leads to an office and a laundry room. There is also a large bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Guest house ( approx. 130 sqm), located at the back of the swimming pool, comprises of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with tub and shower, toilets, 2 king size beds, and one standard bed. No A/c in this part. One of the rooms can have its own access.

  • 2nd floor: 5 bedrooms + 4 Bathrooms- Large corridor, 2 en suite attic bedrooms (approx 25 sqm each) with king size bed in each one, 2 complete bathrooms with shower and tub, a 3rd bedroom on this level with king size bed and bathroom with tub, then 2 other communicating bedrooms sharing one bathroom with tub: a king size bed and 1 standard double.
