Domaine des Roches - P215 Provence

Le Domaine des Roches is 11 bedroom villa that is a little authentic piece of Provence.

Situated 5 minutes from the wonderful village of Eygalieres, in 75 acres of parkland with pine trees, olive trees and lavender bushes, it is a 17th-century hamlet of fully renovated converted sheepfolds, where visitors are welcomed and invited to enjoy the very best that life has to offer. The property is forty minutes from the Marseilles international airport. It offers ideal accommodations for a large family or group of up to 25 people. Outdoor amenities include a tennis court, a heated swimming pool carved out of the natural rock, and a Jacuzzi built into the rock itself and a practice of golf. There is also a business center for seminar or private party.

Nestling in the foothills of the Contras, this shepherding hamlet, the oldest parts of which date back to the 17th century, displays the traditional architecture of the Pays d’Arles.The farmhouse was entirely restored in the concern of the respect of its origins. Fontvieille traditional stones on the ground, terra cotta dating from the 17th century in certain rooms, patinas and lime on the walls, stones and visible beams, stones and marble of Italy in the bathrooms, all the Farmhouse breathes the serenity and the softness of living with his ad infinitum declined beige colors of the range.

Large entrance, many vaulted salons : TV salon, mini-bar, library with a large collection of books and CDs, Hi Fi music, WIFI Internet access, computer, fireplace. Professional fully equipped kitchen completely renewed in 2009 with cooker LA CORNUE " le Château", Gaguenau fridge, wine cabinet, micro-wave, oven, professional dishwasher (washing in 4 minutes), coffee Expresso machine, US fridge.
and a Dining room with a table which can seat more than 14 people. There is an outdoor patio with BBQ

Please note the bedrooms add up to 11 however are numbered out of sequence.

West Wing :

2nd floor : a small TV salon with 2 single beds then ensuite Bedroom n°2 with a queen size bed, bathroom with tub and 2 basins, toilets.

Central wing :

2nd floor Bedroom n°4 with a king size bed (in fact 2 twin beds) skylight, door opening on a small patio, bathroom with angle tub, Italian shower, 1 basin, toilets. Bedroom n°5 for 4 people with a king size bed, 2 twin beds on a mezzanine, bathroom with a tub, toilets, 2 basins.

North terrace.

Bedroom n°14 (opening to on the North terrace), 2 twins or a king size bed, with a bathroom and a nice old tub, 1 shower, 2 basins, toilets.

East wing :

2nd level : Bedroom n°7 with a queen size bed, bathroom with a large shower and a tub, 2 basins, toilets. Bedroom n°8 with a queen size bed, bathroom with tub (shower inside), toilets, basin. Bedroom n°6 with a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, toilets and basin.

South outside access :

1 twin or king size bed in Bedroom n°9, small garden in front of it, a bathroom with tub (shower inside), 2 basins, toilets. Bedroom n°11 with a queen size bed, bathroom with tub, toilets, basin. Private salon with TV.

Upstairs :

2 bedrooms n°12 with twin beds, bathroom with tub and Bedroom n°13 with a queen size bed with a bathroom (shower, toilets, basin).

Outside and on request :

2 large A/C rooms for meeting, special events or seminars.

Bedroom Details

  • In each bedroom : Internet access, flat TV, Satellite TV, A/C, safe, hairdryer, bathrobe and telephone. Total of 5 king size beds (5x2 twins) and 6 queen size beds.
