Domaine La Garde - P564 Provence

Domaine La Garde is a beautiful estate for up to 14 guests at the foot of the Luberon.

The house has plentiful living spaces and several independent rooms. This villa is ideal for exploring the region and is only 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence.

The estate, which includes sixty-two acres of pine forest and twelve acres of vineyards enjoys a peaceful setting on a hillside at the foot of the Luberon Mountains. The old canal of Marseille flows just behind the house.

The house is divided into two separate residences with a connecting door on the ground floor. The caretaker lives on the estate in an independent residence.

Ground floors:

Includes several living rooms, a large hall and a study with TV. There are two dining rooms and two well-equipped kitchens. There is one bathroom.

1st floors:

The first floors are comprised of a northern and southern wing and are entirely independent.

Northern wing:

There are two double bedrooms, two twin-bedrooms, and one single bedroom. The bedrooms share two bathrooms, both with independent half baths.

Southern wing:

3 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. The bedrooms share one bathroom with separate WC. Three extra single beds are available upon request.
