The villa is tastefully decorated and the beautifully landscaped gardens will delight you. The owner has converted this old farmhouse into a luxurious house filled with top of the line amenities: 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, professional kitchen, A/C everywhere in the house, huge heated swimming pool, tennis court, child friendly garden, sophisticated video security system, high speed Internet accessand a small chapel for reception or wedding.

The house is nestled in a 2 acre landscaped garden located in a secure 99 acre estate that is shared with the owner who lives nearby. Your privacy is assured, as the owner has independent and separate access.

Heated and electrolysis treatment swimming pool (16,5m x 5,5m). The pool has been fitted with an automatic shutter in compliance with French pool safety legislation. Separate shallow swimming pool with fountain for children. Lovely and very well equipped pool house with summer dining room, fully equipped kitchen with pizza oven, US fridge, oven, microwave, gas BBQ, induction hobs, a bathroom with a shower, toilets and wash basin. There is a tennis court at 200m with night lighting and ball launcher (schedule to be shared with the owner). A playground for children and many spots to have a picnic. Nearby there is a lovely chapel with a gorgeous view on all the Luberon valley and Mont Ventoux. Picnic area below the chapel with a BBQ and bathrooms are available.

Main house is the ground floor:

North entrance : large hall, Laptop with internet access, and toilets for guests, spiral staircase down to a nice wine cellar with tasting bar. A fully equipped kitchen with Gaggenau induction cooker, 2 Dishwashers , 1 steamer, 2 ovens, a hot plate, 1 ice maker, fridge, freezer, vegetable fridge, cellar, video screen (covering all the estate with 9 cameras for security), An opening gate with a lighting house and garden. There is also a Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The dining room which can seat 12 people. On the same level as the garden a double bedroom with a king size bed, en suite a bath room with large shower ( a bench, a large shower head + a shower hand), 2 wash basins, separate toilet. A nice living rooms with fireplace and sofas, large screen TV with DVD, TPS satellite. Music everywhere in the house (salon, pool house, bedrooms, bathrooms) Also offered is a Fax. Printer, Wifi and high speed Internet access. Mosquito netting is in all of the bedrooms.

2nd Floor :

Northern terrace with garden furniture. An independent apartment with separate alarm, 2 access, a bedroom with a large king size bed, a salon with kitchen, TV with large screen, fire place, sofa bed for 2 People, bathroom with large shower (as above), 2 wash basins, separate toilets. West terrace,A bedroom with a few stairs at the entrance, king size bed ( possible to have here 2 single on request) en suite a romantic bath room with a central tub with shower hand, fire place, 2 wash basins, a large shower (as above) many cupboards. A master bedroom with a Southern view, large king size bed, fire place, dressing, bathroom en suite with a central tub, 2 wash basins and a large shower.

Guest house with A/C :

Ideal for a nanny with children, teenagers or just for personal staff. A salon with TV, sofa (no convertible), dining room, fully equipped Kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. One on the 1st level with king size bed ( 2 adjoined single beds) and complete bathroom (tub and shower) then two bedrooms with twin beds on the 2nd level sharing a bathroom with a shower. The guest house is attached to the main house but with a separate entrance.
