This villa is located within walking distance to Bonnieux and offers breathtaking views of the Luberon valley, far away Gordes and Mont Ventoux.

This villa has 5 bedrooms +1 extra bedroom and 4,000 sq ft of living space on 5 acres of land.

Ground floor:

There is an entrance hall that leads to a salon with fireplace; en-suite is a TV salon with Entrance hall a DVD, satellite TV, Hifi, and an Ipod docking station. A few steps above is an open play room that offers games a library and use of the internet. There is also a dining room with a large table, and a fire place. The large kitchen opens onto 2 terraces with tables for al fresco dining with a fountain similar to one in a village with a great open view. The fully equipped kitchen offers the following: large cooker with 6 gas burners, oven, microwave, US Fridge, blenders, Nespresso Magimix, electric kettle, and a dishwasher. Towards the back of the kitchen is a guest bathroom. There is also a pantry for storage with a washer and dryer, a 2nd large fridge and an ironing board. First grocery products provided upon arrival. Upstairs:

Above the play room is the Master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower with 2 basins. To the right hall entrance upstairs is a 2nd double bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a tub, shower cabin with 2 basins. At this level : 3 other bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, basin, wc.

  • Bedroom 3 : a double bed + a single bed
  • Bedroom 4 : twin beds
  • Bedroom 5: small bedroom at the back of the house and is considered as an extra bedroom with a double bed.

Then at the back of the Tv salon is a corridor with a separate wc, a small bathroom with a basin and a shower. Bedroom 6 has a queen size bed with direct access via French windows to a South terrace.

Outside:

The heated swimming pool has an electric cover 30'x16.5'and is located below the house approximately 20 stone steps away. The summer kitchen offers a BBQ gril with 2 small dish washers, fridge, and a gas stove. There are 12 wrought iron sun chairs with a large parasol.
