This 18th century property, magnificently restored in 2007 with respect for the old, combines the charms of the spirit of the place with a great comfort and is Ideal for a large family looking for peace and quiet during their vacation.

An enchanting site surrounded by a 20 hectare estate.The property has three independent houses full of character that can accommodate 6 to 12 people each and they are rented all together during the mid and high seasons. They are decorated in the same refined spirit: the softness of the bed sheets, gleaming bathrooms, varnished terra-cotta tiles, classic taps, antique objects hunted down in the environs, embroidered linens and Provençal tableware.

The gardens are very well kept and invite you for a stroll. Two swimming pools, two pétanque lawns, a tennis court and a 20 hectare estate are at our guests' disposal.

The biggest of the three houses can accommodate a dozen people. It has 5 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms - including one separate suite with entry hall, lounge and furnished terrace. A vast living room - dining room, several entrance halls and shaded furnished terraces, a private swimming pool and its own pétanque lawn.

Entrance, large living room with TV, fireplace, sofas, table for 12 people, the 2nd salon is smaller and can accomodate 6 people, large and fully equipped kitchen , 2nd entrance, guest toilet. A salon ensuite with a double bedroom ( queen size bed)TV, a complete bathroom with bath tub, shower, toilets.

Outside and upstairs ; 4 bedrooms

  • One bedroom completly independent with a queen size bed, TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet.
  • A master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, a large bathroom complete : toilet, tub, shower.
  • A double bedroom with 2 single beds (= king size beds), toilet, a complete bathroom with shower and tub,
  • A double bedroom with 2 single beds(= king size bed) a small bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.

Cleaning is included for this part of the house at 2x /3 hours per week.

The medium house is just nearby the big house separated by a small courtyard and has its own access.

Entrance, guest toilet, large living room with table for 12 people, fireplace, TV, a small salon, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large oven.

Upstairs :

  • A bedrooms with 2 single beds (king size bed) TV, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet in the corridor,
  • A bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with shower,
  • A nice bedroom with a terrace, a complete bathroom with tub, shower and toilet.

This house offers many terraces and cleaning is included for the medium house at 2x /2 hours per week.

The third and the smaller house with its warm and cozy feel offers :

  • A small salon with fireplace, a sofa, Tv,
  • A bedroom with 2 single beds (=king size bed) then ensuite a bathroom with tub, shower and direct access to the garden.
  • A bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with a tub and a shower,
  • Toilet separated in the corridor
  • A bedroom with a double standard bedroom = 140cm,
  • A bathroom with shower.

This house offers many terraces and below this house a 2nd heated pool.

Cleaning is included for the third house at 2x /2 hours per week.

Location Details

  • Nestling in the heart of a preserved valley in the Luberon National Park, this property is located between Apt and Forcalquier, at 25mn from Apt ( all supermarkets, numerous shops, Saturday market)
  • 1h from Gordes
  • 1h30 from AVIGNON
  • Remote in the country side of Provence, the first village is at 5km with small grocery and 2 restaurants.
