Very authentic and typical Provencal country house, renovated and with a rustic but very nice and cozy atmosphere.

This villa is Ideal for families with children, to enjoy the quiet of the house and countryside, combined with the possibilities of visiting all the famous sites of the Luberon region. Almond trees, cherry trees, and vineyards (6500 sq. m.) surround the house and please note that this land is not enclosed.

The atmosphere is charming, rustic and simple. The layout of this former farmhouse is very complicated with many stairs, small doors, different levels, which makes it quite charming! The farmhouse has no sophisticated decoration but is really comfortable and will be a great experience for a family with children.

Ground Floor: The ground floor has a large salon with a fire place, a dining room, a fully equipped kitche and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed , one with a regular double bed and the 3rd with a regular double bed + a bed/child. There are 3 small bathrooms and one has a space sauna and a shower /WC.

2nd Floor: The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 baths. One of the bedrooms is for children with 2 bunk beds and the other one has a large double bed. The last 2 bedrooms are bigger as one has a tub in the room and a king size bed and a terrace as the other bedroom has a large double bed.
