Mas Angelo Provence

Located just 5 minutes walk from the center of the pretty village of Le Paradou, south of Les Baux-de-Provence and close to Maussane-les-Alpilles.

This recently renovated mas is a wonderful surprise, offering a pretty classically Provencal exterior façade, contrasting with an amazingly contemporary and funky interior.

On accessing the property through high wrought iron gates, off a quiet road, one enters a different and welcoming world. A lovely garden has a number of different seating areas and boasts an immaculately kept lawn, surrounded by flowers and exotic trees, as well as a large 12 x 6m pool. There is also a main shaded terrace, where one can enjoy a drink or three next to a whispering fountain.

All the rooms have been decorated and furnished in a very colorful and contemporary style, using a mix of unusual Indian articles of furniture and objets d'art, inspired by the 60's. A wonderful sound system throughout the house and gardens enables one to listen to music, whether, having a swim in one of the pools, in the steam room or in the bath. There is even a rainbow shower in one of the en-suite bathrooms, which changes the colour of the water, dependant on your mood. In the event that the weather turns for the worse, there is one more unusual feature, a small heated indoor swimming pool. The house has internet access and has air-conditioning throughout.

Kitchen with small flat TV, dishwasher, large French Lacanche cooker, coffee machine. Access to a small secondary kitchen with additional professional appliances; including blender, deep fryer and microwave. Guest WC. Laundry with professional washing machine / dryer, large wine cooler, extra fridge and freezer. Large dining room with access to the garden, fireplace and 2nd staircase leading to 3 en-suite bedrooms. Large Living room with large satellite TV and fully stocked corner bar. Indoor heated pool with access to the garden, steam room with shower and independent WC.

1st Floor:

One staircase from the kitchen, gives access to the Master bedroom with twin/double bed, views over the garden, flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom with Balneo bath, shower, sink and separate WC. Another stair cases gives access to all the other rooms. Bedroom with 220cm circular bed, small flat screen TV, sofa and en-suite shower room with rainbow shower, sink and separate WC. Large en-suite bedroom with twin / double bed, sofa, 2 small flat screen TVs, independent WC, bathroom with bath, shower and sink. Suite with small living area with small flat TV, access to bathroom with corner Balneo bath, sink and independent WC and bedroom with twin / double bed and views over the garden and terrace.
