Mas De La Chapelle Provence

This is a stunning and secluded 17th Century Maison de Maitre, located in the countryside just outside Beaucaire, which sits alongside the Rhone and is conveniently situated between the towns of, Arles, Avignon and St Remy-de-Provence.

The 12 hectares of grounds of the property feature, fields, an olive grove, mature parkland, a very large south facing terrace, a shaded north facing terrace, a pretty fountain, a beautiful consecrated Chapel dating from the 14th Century and a large 16 x 8m covered and heated salt water swimming pool surrounded by decking, a lawn and hidden from view by large laurel bushes, trees and hedges.

The imposing house has been very lovingly furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout. Paying homage to the past in the careful preservation of the original architectural features, whilst comfortable modern furniture and high spec equipment make for the ideal combination, for an extremely indulgent stay.

Accommodation

The house comprises of a spacious entrance hall with guest WC and a staircase leading to three of the en-suite double bedrooms, including the Master bedroom. A fully equipped modern kichen with access to an outdoor dining terrace. Four downstairs reception rooms including one with a piano, another used as a TV room. A dining room with seating for 14,.a library and an upstairs office or music room with a state of the art sound system. A delightful Orangerie with Grand piano. Another staircase leads to four other en-suite double bedrooms. Finally, for lovers of really fine wines, there is a full wine cellar and tasting room. [The wines, though competively priced, are not included in the price of the rental].
