Les Alpilles region of Provence is rich in history and sites of interest. The Roman ruins of Glanum, the hilltop fort at Les Baux-de-Provence, Le Cathedrale des Images and the nearby Camargue are just a few of the attractions on your doorstep. The Roman city of Arles, the historic towns of Avignon, Aix en Provence, and Nimes are all within easy driving distance. St Remy has a weekly market, considered to be one of the best in Provence. For the active there is an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, horse riding, cycling and walking opportunities all nearby.

Mas de L'Orangeraie offers the best of both worlds; it is nestled peacefully in the middle of a mature and offers shaded garden plants with olive and cypress trees. It also has Provencal shrubs and a well tended lawn and is around the corner from vibrant St.Remy's town center.
