Located just 3 kms from St Rémy-de-Provence, close to Les Baux-de-Provence, in a very peaceful countryside setting, this superb, recently renovated mas has been restored with flawless taste.

Its 1.3 hectares of grounds have been beautifully landscaped, adding to the impression that this everything a stay in Provence should be. The original features of the property have been carefully preserved, lending an undeniable charm to Provencal authenticity. The overall attention to detail is quite breathtaking.

On entering the grounds one is greeted with an attractive drive with a profusion of lavender planted on either side. The beautiful formal gardens are planted with a variety of Mediterranean flowers, shrubs and fruit trees, with the occasional feature, including, pretty fountains, a pond and a well. There are also vineyards to one side of the property.

There is a swimming pool 4 x 9m, with parasols and loungers. Pool house, with shower, hand-basin, WC. Natural terraces surround the house with garden furniture for dining under the trellis; there is also a summer patio. There is a discreet covered parking area to one side of the garden. The house and gardens are very private, secure and enjoy the benefit of not being overlooked.

There is internet access, alarm, telephones in every room, air-conditioning throughout, Plasma TV with English satellite channels, DVD, CD players.

A beautiful entry hall, with guest WC and hand basin. An attractive study/library with fireplace. A large living room with windows on either side, which features an impressive working fireplace.
