Mas Des Anges Provence

Mas des Anges is an attractive and spacious house, located just a short walk to the center of the lively market town of St Remy-de-Provence.

It enjoys the best of both worlds, as local shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep, but, one can also enjoy views of the breathtaking Les Alpilles hills from the house and garden. So the region's countryside is very close at hand.

The property is situated at the end of a quiet track and stands alone, surrounded by trees and shrubs. Recently decorated throughout in a tasteful and comfortable manner, there is a sense of understated style and attention to detail, with a fine mixture of vibrant Provencal colours and well chosen antiques.

Behind the attractive wrought iron gates of the property, there is a fair sized attractive garden with a 7 x 4m alarmed pool, terraces to the front and side, for relaxing either in the shade, or under the hot Provencal sun.

Ground floor
A pretty hall greets one on entering the house with an attractive staircase leading to the first floor. Off the hall there is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a pantry with American fridge/freezer and a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast table. There is a good sized dining room and lounge, both with doors leading onto the terraces. The L shaped Lounge has a welcoming fireplace and large wall mounted flat screen TV. The ground floor double bedroom with 160cm bed, which can be made into two single beds, has an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. It also has a small kitchen area with fridge and TV. There is a separate WC.

First floor
There are two double bedrooms, with 160cm beds, that again can be made into twins that share a bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The Master bedroom has a 160cm bed, TV and en-suite bathroom, large shower, bath and WC.
