The living area is 4,500 sq.ft on a 7.5 acre of land. A Former stone reservoir transformed into a 15 x 5 yd heated pool with soft water, electrolysis treatment that has no chlorine.
Ground floor:
The entrance to the villa starts with a staircase and leads to the, living room with a fireplace, a dining table, many sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, VCR, and a CD Player. The fully equipped kitchen has a Aga stove, a fireplace, a large fridge, a scullery and a pantry for storage.
2nd floor :
There are 2 master bedrooms with king size bed and 2 large bathrooms, an office with fax & switchboard telephone, There is also internet and Wifi.
3rd floor:
The 3rd floor has 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. 1 with 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed on a sleeping loft, full bathroom. Another small bedroom with 1 single bed and another bedroom that is a double with a Napoleon III bed room. The last room has 1 twin bedded room and 1 large bathroom
There is a small independent apartment with 1 king size bed, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom.
