This villa is an impressive 19th century estate for 18 people with several restored buildings.

This beautiful estate is located in Belle Provence and is perfect for exploring the regions of Avignon, Arles, Nîmes, Les Baux de Provence, St. Rémy and the Alpilles. The property is comprised of the 19th century main house, the original tower, the adjacent restored pigeonnier, and the restored barn. The buildings are situated in an "L" shape. There is a swimming pool and The Les Baux de Provence golf course is just 7 km away. Also nearby is the Boulbon Equestrian Center (5 km) as both are within easy driving distance.

The nineteenth century Main house offers a sitting room with fireplace, Pioneer CD/K7-Tuner, a piano, a telephone, a dining room and conservatory. The kitchen is completely refurbished with professional equipment including a refrigerator, a freezer, a professional ILVE cooking range hood, an induction stove and a microwave. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a terrace.

The tower has been converted into a triplex. There is a sitting room with a Mezzanine. There is a bath room with shower. On the top floor there is a bedroom that is very spacious room with stunning opposed beams.

Cottage Pigeonnier has a private garden, a patio, a small library, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and one bedroom. The Barn is perfect for dinners at night on windy days.

NEW for 2010 : On the ground floor is an extra bedroom with a bathroom, a shower and a king size bed that can be accessible for handicapped people.
