This villa offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms are in the main building and there is 1 bedroom + 1 Bathroom in a small unit near the swimming pool.

This villa is entirely air conditioned with a living surface of 225 m2 on treed and enclosed land of 4 ha. There is an automatic gate as the estate shares its enclosed land with another villa, completely separate without any view. There is a pool with an equipped pool house and a summer kitchen attached to the small farmhouse with a table sitting 10 persons with a barbecue, terrace and patio with fountain

Main building :

The Ground floor starts with an entrance hall, a guest Wc, a living room with satellite TV with a VCR, Hi Fi, CD player, a fireplace, 2 leather sofas, and a dining room. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with an American refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, and an electric cooker. There is a washing machine and dryer. There is a covered loggia with BBQ and on this ground level a 2nd master bedroom with a king size bed, and a bathroom with shower and Wc.

The 1st Floor has the main master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bathroom with tub and shower and Wc. There are 2 guest bedrooms with queen size beds which share 1 large shower room. There is a baby bed available.

Small House:

At 50m from this villa, near the swimming pool a small house named Le Mazet. The ground fllor has a living room with a sofa bed for 2 extra people and armchairs. There is a small equipped kitchen with an oven and a refrigerator. The Mezzanine bedroom has a queen size bed, a shower room, a WC and is linked to the pool house. There is an extra summer kitchen with a BBQ.

Pool Details

  • New in 2011 : Heated swimming pool. The pool can be heated on request with 4 days advance notice and is 150 euros per week
  • Pool of 11m x 5m (depth 1.90 m), it is protected by an alarm system and is accessible by stairs
