O'Paradou - P007 Provence

This village house is perfect for 2 couples in a typical village of Provence with a lovely garden and large swimming pool.

On entering the house from the street where nothing is revealed of what lies beyond, it is only when you step inside that the ‘country’ aspect is declared; the willow and shady broad-leafed persimmon beside the pool, a stunning garden and fragrant lavender combine to create a delightful ambience. There is a lovely terrace shaded by a trellis of vines ideal for dinners al fresco.

The ground floor begins with an entrance hall that has direct access from the village street. There is a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a sitting room with sofas and a fire place. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom with a king size bed with study area, connecting through to a bathroom with bath, which leads into the studio with an open plan sitting room. In this sitting room is air conditioning with a sofa bed for 2 people and a kitchenette and steps leading up to a small single bed. There is a small shower.

The first floor has a double bedroom with A/C, a queen size bed, bathroom connected, then ensuite a small bedroom with a single bed.
