Ulysse - P958 Provence

This amazing property is located in the plaine of Gordes and features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and is a Provencal farmhouse completely restored with high end technology.

The living area is 700m2, and completely fenced with 6 hectares of land with 360° view of the Gordes, Luberon and the valley. There is air conditioning in the entire house. The Gardens were designed by the famous French landscaping garden designer, Jean Mus. It has Italian flower beds, water paths, waterfalls, fountains, sculptures, orchard, a kitchen garden, a field of lavenders, garden pavilions, and Indonesian chalets.

The House :

The inner courtyard on the Ground floor has a large salon with a home cinema (equipment built in the ceiling) fireplace, grand piano, numerous works of art and antiques. There is an office fully equipped with Internet access, computer, telephones, fax, and a video conference screen. The 2nd salon has a bathroom guests, a nice dining room with a table for 12/14 people, refined tableware and glassware, a fully equipped kitchen that has an oven, a big refrigerator, all blenders, and a wine cupboard. This leads to the patio that is ideal to have breakfast. On the East side of the house there is a large arbor where there are large tables under for dinners "al fresco".

In front of the kitchen there is a guest house and on the ground level there is a salon with huge TV screen and an upright piano. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a queen size bed, a bath room with a shower, Wc, and a dressing room with a safe.

In the main house, on the 2nd level there is a double bedroom with a king size, a complete bathroom with tub, shower, Wc, dressing room and a safe. This bedroom communicates with another double bedroom that has a king size bed and a complete bathroom. This room has outdoor access where you can reach the patio. A 3rd double bedroom has large twin beds and a very beautiful complete bathroom, 2 computers and a TV. There is a 4th double bedroom and the master bedroom has a large king size bed, fireplace, East, South and West windows, and a large complete bathroom.

On the 3rd floor there is double bedroom with a king size bed, a small salon and an infant bed. There is a TV in the bedroom with a safe and a dressing room. This bedroom also has a complete bathroom with tub and a shower.

The outdoor area offers a small soccer playground for children that can also be used as a heliport. There is a heated swimming pool that is completely safe for children as it has an electric shutter plus a locked iron fence. There is garden furniture with deck chairs and umbrellas. The pool house is equipped with a bar, a large screen TV, sofas, a bathroom with shower and wc. Under this level there is a the fitness room with a lot of equipment, hamman (Turkish bath),a large shower, a tennis table, a foot ball table, and 2 basket ball baskets. There is also a great synthetic clay tennis court located below the garden sheltered from the Mistral wind.
