Peaceful Provencal mas for 6 to 8 persons in one of the most quiet and pretty parts of the Luberon region, near charming Menerbes.

This villa is particularly suitable for those who appreciate art, books and tasteful furnishing. Valensole is completely isolated for utmost privacy as the nearest neighbor is 1 km down road. The house has private access and is very quiet. The villa is situated on a hillside overlooking the Luberon Valley as this restored mas enjoys a peaceful setting. The charming village of Ménerbes is 4 km away. It is tastefully furnished and features many original works of art. There are two libraries stocked with books. There is a patio that offers multiple terraces and a swimming pool (5.5m x 11m) with deck. The house is surrounded by two hectares of unfenced grounds; there are cherry trees, vineyards, oaks, and lawns.

There are 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms with a living area of 2600 sq.ft. on 4-acres of unfenced grounds with cherry-trees, vineyards, oaks and a lawn. There is a large living room with a fireplace, 2 library areas with numerous books, paintings, a billiard, a sofa, and many works of art. The dining room has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a laundry-room and 3 full en-suite bedrooms with bathrooms. There is 1 extra bedroom located in annex with a small living room, a TV, a large bath room with wc, that has a spiral staircase up to a bedroom.

  • Cleaning : 3 hours per week included.
  • Additional charges : a cleaning lady at the client's private request
