Aventura is one of the classic resort villas built in Conchas Chinas during Vallarta's jet set age of the 1970's. Contemporary Mexican resort architecture with multi level design featuring natural rock walls, cupulas, marble tile and winding stairways that lead to private terraces, 3 separate living areas and spacious bedrooms.

Main Level:

• Living/dining/kitchen opens onto large pool area. Fiesta room with stereo. All rooms on the main level open onto the pool area. Master suite is one floor up, two bedrooms on main level, three more bedrooms on lower level.

• Bedroom 1: King size bed, shares full bath with adjoining Bedroom 2, opens onto common terrace next to pool area - king bed has 2 trundles for extra children

• Bedroom 2: Queen, A/C, shares full bath with Bedroom 1, opens onto common terrace. Note: there is a full bath next door in Fiesta Room

Upper Level:

• Bedroom 3 Master Suite: King size bed, private bath, TV, terrace ocean view

Lower Level:

• 1 down from Main level: Living area/media room with large flat screen TV, wet bar and fridge

• Bedroom 4: 2 Twin beds (can be converted to king) A/C, ? bath (no shower)

Lower Level 2 down from Main level:

• Bedroom 5: King size bed, private bath, terrace & ocean view
