Casa Salinas II is a deluxe 5 Bedroom villa, located on a quiet, private, sandy beach near the Camino Real Hotel. It is located next to it's sister villa Casa Salinas. Both villas can be rented together to accommodate 20 guests.
The ocean views are spectacular and an ideal setting for relaxed and elegant entertaining. It is beautifully furnished with an emphasis on color and comfort. There are four floors with elevator. Four large air-conditioned bedrooms with ocean views. Four full bathrooms (granite and marble). The fifth bedroom is a Casita in the garden, suitable for one or two young adults or teens. This bedroom has its own bath as well. Large living room, dining room, kitchen. Purified drinking water. Outdoor grill. Infinity style, heated swimming pool. Satellite TV in all bedrooms and living room. Music wired to all bedrooms. Juan, the villa Manager, speaks excellent English. He has 20 years experience at Casa Salinas assisted by an excellent staff.

- Beautifully furnished, this 8,000 sq ft, open and airy luxury villa is right on a private sandy beach on the South Shore of Banderas Bay two miles south of town.

- 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms en-suite that will sleep 8 are restful retreats with terraces overlooking the ocean
- The 5th bedroom garden casita sleeps 2
Pool Details
- Enjoy the heated infinity pool offering great views of the ocean.
Staff Details
- Rates include houseman, maid and cook, 6 days a week.
- An English-speaking manager oversees the staff.
- Optional 3 meals per day are offered; breakfast, a light lunch and dinner.
- Transfers are not included, however transportation to/from the airport can be provided by taxi/van service.
Beach Details
- Swim or snorkel in the ocean.
Villa Notes
- The staff does not work on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive on a Sunday there is a mandatory, additional $150 charge which includes dinner if requested (food is extra).
- Children are welcome; cribs and highchairs are available, childcare can be arranged.
- Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. No more than 4 children(10 years of age or younger) are accepted per reservation.

Several years ago, before Casa Salinas II was built, I rented the original Casa Salinas for my two junior business partners, their wives, myself and my wife. We also brought along 30± of our best employees and their wives. Obviously, employees stayed at a hotel down the road, but they were invited to the villa for parties. The staff made sure the parties were perfect. The property is excellent, but the purpose of my writing, is to clearly express how AMAZING Juan and his wife Marta are as hosts. They, without question, made this vacation the most enjoyable, memorable time ever! The service and attention literally took our wives aback. They all commented that, it took them two days to get over the feeling of guilt for how "spoiled" they felt. I've since closed my business and retired, but I have never tasted better chile rellenos since. This is not just my opinion. Everyone who came with us agreed. Even an incredibly wealthy friend, whom I mentioned Casa Salinas to, later visited himself. Although, he's traveled all over the world, he agreed with me that, it's the staff, especially Juan and Marta that "make" the vacation so very special. In conclusion, the property is truly magnificent but, it is the staff that makes the stay so amazing. I could not imagine anyone better than Juan & Marta and the staff of Casa Salinas. Thank you, Thank you!
