To one side, the lovely city lights and to the other, the beautiful coast and emerald hills. Adjacent to the villa is a sandy beach, the legendary Mismaloya Beach is a short walk away and many other beaches dot the popular southern shore.

The design of this contemporary 5,000 sq.ft. villa underscores a life of luxury and blissful seclusion. Clean lines, dramatic open spaces and a sensuous blending of vibrant local colors and textures bestow the villa with a magical tropical charm. The villa was designed for ultimate comfort.

The three bedrooms and a fourth bedroom/studio sleep eight. The magnificent master bedroom penthouse covers the top floor and boasts a private palapa for dining and entertaining, a sitting room, terrace and a jacuzzi with a view to die for. The spacious guest bedrooms have private terraces with ocean views. A sweeping staircase leads to elegant white marble floors lined with pebble mosaics, comfortable oversized couches, high ceilings, sunny skylights, a cozy bar and a guest bathroom.

A spectacular heated infinity pool is dramatically perched over the surf below. Guests can dine inside or on the charming terrace.

Amenities

  • Amenities include air conditioning throughout, a private gated entrance off the main road, a large modern sunny kitchen, laundry room, plenty of storage, walk-in closets, two TV's stereo, phone, fax and a two car garage. A cook and houseman live in to pamper the guests and the villa manager visits every day to handle special requests, side trips and tours.
