The owner has recently had the villa professionally decorated and added many extra details to make your stay a perfect getaway. Located just a short walk to the beach and about 2 miles from town on a quiet cobbled stone street in upper Conchas Chinas. The experienced staff keeps clients coming back year after year. Perfect for large groups. Multilevel design provides the maximum in comfort and indoor/outdoor living.

All rooms feature breathtaking ocean views and extend onto terraces that run the length of the house. Spacious bedrooms provide privacy; there is a game room with satellite TV and a pool table.

Marbella is located just a few blocks up hill from the 2nd entrance to upper Conchas Chinas for easy access to beach and Old Town Vallarta. One of the prettiest beaches on the bay is one block downhill from this entrance.

Cook: prepares 2 meals per day, either breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. She will do all shopping, preparation, serving and clean up. You pay just the cost of food and beverages.

Houseman: The houseman is butler/concierge. He can make & serve drinks, helps serve meals and can make reservations for dinner, plan tours and cruises or call for a taxi.

Housekeeping: This includes all general cleaning and linens.

Meal Service: The villa will provide a menu, meals should be planned family style, with all guests having the same entr?e and eating at the same time. You will be presented with receipts for all food and beverages, please pay the staff with cash or travelers checks. Upon arrival please give the staff approx $200 - $300USD for purchases.
