Welcome to Villa Verano, one of the most famous and celebrated villas on the Mexican Riviera. Robin Leach calls it, "Hollywood's best kept secret". Available for Vacations, Family Reunions, Weddings, and Business Retreats.

The estate has been televised in over 31 foreign countries, and has played host to many celebrities and dignitaries from all over the world.

Perched on the beach in Conchas Chinas, the most elite residential section of Puerto Vallarta, the villa is walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and night life, and only 17 minutes from the airport - no rental car needed. Commands spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta, its beaches, and the tranquil Bay of Banderas.The 17,000 square foot villa and its waterfront acre of lush tropical landscaping create an ideal setting for its eleven graciously sized bedrooms. All are air conditioned, with private marble baths, and boast magnificent views of the bay. Seven rooms have two queen-sized beds and four rooms have one king-sized bed.

There is an oversized swimming pool and an outdoor bar thatcan accommodate a party sized crowd. There is direct access to the beach andbeautiful views over Banderas Bay! By special arrangement Villa Verano has been made available to select qualified groups.

The Villa is a privately owned estate and is not open to the general public. Because the Villa accommodates only one group at a time, there is a six bedroom for four nights minimum during April thru October. A seven bedroom for four nights minimum during November thru March. Student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups, or the like are not accepted.

Spa Services: Should you wish to treat yourself to a massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, yoga or Pilates instruction, these services are available without having to leave the premises. Reservations should be made prior to arrival and may be arranged through our office manager.

Food and Liquor: The menus are selected by the guests, and all the shopping is done by the staff on an "at cost" basis; there is no mark-up. An itemized statement of the grocery bill will be presented to the guests the day before departure from the Villa, at which time the bill is paid either by cash or traveller's checks. [Please note: no credit cards or personal checks accepted.] The chefs are trained under American standards, and wash all fruits and vegetables in a purifying agent prior to their storage in the refrigerator.

Air Conditioning: All of the eleven bedrooms are air conditioned.

Water: The estate has its own 30,000 gallon reservoir and purification system.
