Villa Zacil Na
A private beach touching the beautiful three-way infinity pool is perfect for those wanting to get away and forget about their every-day life. With its neighbor sister villa, Casa Del Agua, we can accommodate larger groups of up to 18 people. Our top notch chef will make it hard for our guests to leave for even one meal. The whole staff is here to make sure that staying at Villa Zacil Na is a wonderful experience.

Extra 4th Bedroom
Sleeps 2 on Queen Bed, Ensuite shower, TV, CD player, Air conditioning, Ceiling fan, Window screen. This room has a separate entrance on a small passage between the two villas. Perfect for teenagers, a nanny, or entourage - this room is significantly smaller than the other bedrooms.
Casa del Agua
Secluded with only two private residences for neighbors; yet is ideal for those who enjoy golf, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, fitness activities, and shopping conveniently within one resort. A few nearby sites of interest include Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Xcaret, and Cozumel.
Each suite offers tropical garden settings, private bathrooms and air conditioning. Beautifully handcrafted furniture, doors and windows combine with colorful handwoven Mexican textiles to create the ultimate in Mexican Caribbean luxury.
Some of our guest suites have private terraces and offer ocean and jungle views. Minibars and safes are in every guest suite for guest convenience. The common area that all guest suites share features a voluminous 40 foot thatched roof that is truly breathtaking.
Folding doors and windows open onto our large terrace adjoining the common area and offering unforgettable views of Casa del Agua's private beach and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

Beach Details
- Please note that although the beach at Puerto Estate is sandy, the entrance to the water is rocky. Guests are provided "water shoes" for water access. Many parts of the bay are ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
