Arte Mare & Blu is a typical, 2 bedroom villa located in a typical small street in the historical town center of Cefalu

which is located on the northern coast of Sicilia.

From the terrace one can enjoy a splendid view of the roofs of this medieval hamlet to the Norman Duomo and out onto the Tyrrhenian Sea.
There are two entrances to the villa. One on the ground floor that opens onto the street located a few steps away from the Duomo. The other entrance is at the back of the villa on the second floor,opening directly onto living/dining room. Beyond the living/dining room are two terraces. One is equipped with a dining table, bbq and an external kitchen.

First Floor: 1 Double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a balcony

Second Floor: Living/dining Room, kitchen that opens onto the living area, bathroom with tub and terrace.

Third Floor: Bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower and terrace.

Location Information: 200 meters to shops, banks & restaurants
300 meters to sandy beach
1 km to Railway Station - Cefalu
60 kms to Palermo
