Main Villa:

Ground Floor: (reached by small staircase) The interior décor is contemporary, embellished by marble floors, original details and antique pieces. All of the ground floor rooms have access to the large terrace and/or the pool area. Small yet fully equipped kitchen with double doors
opening onto the spacious outdoor area for al fresco dining. Bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Lower Floor: Comfortable, spacious sitting room with flat screen TV, opening onto the furnished garden. Bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with slanted ceiling and 1 single bedroom, each with en-suite bathroom with shower and private terrace.

Ground Floor: Fully equipped, eat-in kitchen. Private outdoor space furnished with rattan sofas. Bedrooms: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom with direct access to the garden, both sharing 1 bathroom with shower.

First Floor: Independent entrance through an external set of stairs (approx 20 steps). 1 double bedroom with private small terrace, 1 single bedroom, both sharing 1 bathroom with shower.

Outside Features:

Private swimming pool (1.5m x 3m) with furnished sundeck and outdoor shower. The extensive and manicured garden is surrounded by a wall to provide some privacy. Several covered and uncovered terraces surround the villa, among them a furnished dining area and a comfortable sitting area, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco.
