Timoneta is a modern villa situated in a fine position in the countryside in the vicinity of the seaside town of Sampieri.

The house is superbly equipped with all modern comforts, and surrounded by spacious fully-equipped terraces from which guests can see the sea in the distance. Guests also have at their disposal a delightful large garden, where a shaded structure has been provided with a table and barbecue where they can enjoy dining in the open air. Special amenities that can be booked on request include Yoga sessions, Sicilian cookery courses, visits to the wine cellars and to the Modica chocolate workshops. Just 2 km away is the beautiful beach of Sampieri with recreation/picnic area and a largely free beach. Just a short distance away are the art cities of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto. Throughout the area guests can enjoy typical Sicilian cuisine accompanied by the characteristic local wines.

Ground Floor: Spacious living room with dining area and TV, the kitchen with a table seating four people is equipped with oven, freezer and dishwasher; 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 4 bathrooms with showers. Furnished terraces which are also equipped for dining outside.
