Villa Lionti consists of 4 separate apartments accommodating up to 12 guests and in situated in a sunny and quiet location near the small hillside village of San Pietro Clarenza

Villa Lionti is an ancient building made out of manufactured lava stone. It is situated in a sunny and quiet location near the small hillside village of San Pietro Clarenza on the south eastern slopes of Mount Aetna and is populated by nearly 5,000 inhabitants.

The Parco Naturale dell' Etna (Natural Reserve) runs through the property giving it an extraordinary landscape of rough expenses of lava and sweet-scenting citrus fruit orchards. Looking down is the fuming top of the highest active volcano in all of Europe - Mount Aetna.

The group of buildings that make up Villa Lionti trace back to the end of the eighteenth century and still maintain the original architectural features that have been brought back to their primitive charm through a recently completed accurate restoration. This exclusive residence is made up of a main building (consisting of the master's house and the house named Alcova) and other outbuildings (consisting of the remaining three lodgings and of the old millstone which has been turned into library and reading-room ). Particularly alluring is the baglio (internal courtyard) with its ancient reservoir, the herbs' garden, the mill's court and the patio of the sails while all around the dwellings extends a huge garden with alawn and aromatic and ornamental plants. In a secluded, but easily reached area lies the large swimming pool that is rimmed with lava stone.

There are four elegant and refined apartments which have been furnished with antique furniture and have an independent entrance and their own patio equipped with garden furniture. Rented together these apartments can accommodate up to 12 guests. The owner is on the premises and can assist the guests during their stay.
