Floraison - ANA St. Barts

Warm soft colors reflect the French and Mediterranean influences that make the comfortable and peaceful decor of Villa ANA so very special. A mere five-minute drive from the tropical garden at the entrance takes guests to Gustavia or Gouverneur Beach.

Two bedrooms of equal dimensions with lovely tiled baths share a second tropical garden that features an exotic Travelers tree as its centerpiece. A separate bungalow houses a third bedroom with a small living room and kitchenette. A single level, tiled terrace connecting the bedrooms, pool and living area provides covered and uncovered dining as well as places to sunbathe or relax in the shade. An additional tropical garden is located below the pool. The neighboring islands of Saba, Statia, St. Kitts and Nevis can be clearly seen from the terrace and pool area where dazzling sunsets paint the western skies throughout the winter.

Villa ANA offers guests nice ocean views, that include the neighboring islands of Saba, Statia, St. Kitts and Nevis. Dazzling sunsets are nothing short of spectacular throughout the winter.

Terrace

The house is surrounded by a large terrace furnished with a teak table that seats six, teak lounge chairs, outdoor speakers and a shower.

Garden

The cottage is surrounded by lush vegetation.

Kitchen

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a BBQ, freezer, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, coffee maker and toaster.

Dining Room

The air-conditionned dining room opens onto the terrace and is furnished with a round marble table with seating for four people.

Living Room

A ceiling fan and screens are included in the air conditioned living room which opens onto the terrace furnished with sofas and offering guests magnificent ocean views.

Bedroom 1

Bedroom 01 offers spectacular ocean views and is furnished with a four-poster king size bed, Indonesian style furniture, air conditioning, ceiling fan, en suite bath, in-room safe, screens, and a television.

Bedroom 2

Like bedroom 01, suite 02 comes with a four-poster king size bed, Indonesian style furniture, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, an en suite bath with a hand-held shower, an in-room safe, screens and a TV.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom 03 is in a smaller separate bungalow. The comfortable suite comes with a king size platform bed, living room and kitchenette Air conditioning, ceiling fan, en suite bath and screens are also included.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
