Villa Anais - AIA St. Barts

The beautiful Villa Anais (AIA) in Vitet, at the center of the eastern half of St. Barts, offers guests spectacular views of Grand Cul de Sac, Petit Cul de Sac, and St. Martin.

Nestled high on a hillside facing north, the views, the warm Caribbean ambience, the sun and refreshing trade winds can be enjoyed from several lounging areas.

The three bedrooms, two baths, and two generous living areas make Villa Anais a St. Barts favorite. On the main level, the living area opens onto the commanding views. The larger mezzanine level living area is made for relaxed entertainment on comfortable chocolate covered sofas, with a flat screen television, French Satellite TV, and a DVD player.

Villa Anais is perfect for friends traveling together or a family with small children who want privacy, peace and solitude as well as all day sun.

This villa offers excellent levels of privacy, tranquility and all-day sun exposure.

Very private, overlooking the Grand Cul de Sac, Petit Cul de Sac, and St. Martins on the north side of the island.

Terrace

Balcony in the front to enjoy the view and nice breeze. Terrace by the pool & deck for sunbathing & relaxing on the lounge chairs. Very private.

Tropical garden in back of the villa w/ palm trees, bougainvillea and hibiscus.

Kitchen

Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Icemaker, Juicer, Microwave, Toaster Gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook, opens to pool on one side and living room/oceanview from the other. Gas BBQ on the terrace.

Dining Room

Large teak table seating 6 people under the covered terrace by the pool, additional dining off living area inside.

Living Room

Banana leaf furniture with coral cushions and vaulted ceilings ensure cool breezes. Opens to terrace and view.

Mezzanine

Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan Large first floor mezzanine with a flat screen French Satellite Dish TV, DVD, furnished with comfortable chocolate sofas.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bathroom, Mosquito Netting Master bedroom with stereo and Ipod docking station, opens to pool and view, ensuite bathroom has bathtub and double vanity.

Bedroom 2

1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning, Shared Bathroom Opens to back of the villa to the garden. Stereo and Ipod docking station. Shares bathroom with bedroom #3 with one sink and bathtub.

Bedroom 3

1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning, Shared Bathroom Opens to back of the villa to the garden. Stereo and Ipod docking station. Shares bathroom with bedroom #2 with one sink and bathtub.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
