Villa Anna Kalinka - AKA St. Barts

Villa AKA is located in Saint Jean, St Barts, and has colorful fabrics which gives a warm and comfortable feeling. There is a wonderful panoramic view over beautiful St. Jean Bay, three offshore islands, and the Caribbean to St.

Martin, from all the rooms. The living room is located in the main villa and opens onto a pool area and a large deck overlooking the ocean. The villa has three bedrooms and three ensuite bathrooms opening to the ocean view.

Villa AKA is a perfect spot for families and friends, as it is close to beaches, shops and town. There is sun most of the day with amazing sunsets all year round.

Terrace

Stereo The beautiful terrace surrounding the pool is furnished with wicker chairs, a stereo system, and offers a spectacular view. Large sun deck furnished with teak lounge chairs offers privacy to sunbathe .Two armchairs are located in the back terrace for the ones who love to read and relax in the shade.

Garden

Lush plants compliment the entry to the house.

Kitchen

The large, well-equipped kitchen with terracotta and Mexican tiles includes a microwave, oven, 2 fridges, chef's stove, dishwasher, juicer, blender and opens onto the living area and the view.

Dining Room

An outdoor dining area by the pool is furnished with a large teak table for 6 guests and comes with a gas grill.

Living Room

The spacious living room is furnished with built-in terracotta sofas covered in festive colored fabrics. The entertainment center includes a DVD player, flat screen television, printer/fax machine, satellite TV and WiFi. The comfortable living area opens onto the terrace, pool, and ocean view.

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom is adjacent to the living room and furnished with a built-in terracotta king size platform bed , air conditioning, en suite bath, outdoor shower and in-room safe. This comfortable bedroom offers an ocean view with sliding doors opening onto the pool, Jacuzzi and ocean.

Bedroom 2

Like the master , the second bedroom is furnished with a built-in king size bed, air conditioning, a dressing area with lots of closet space, en suite bath, in-room safe, and screens. It is similar to the master bedroom, although the bathroom is slightly smaller and it opens onto the terrace.

Bedroom 3

Located in a separate cottage next to Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 offers the same amenities and also opens onto the terrace. The bathroom can be accessed from the inside or outside.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
