Hippocampe - HIP St. Barts

Villa Hippocampe (HIP) is a charming 3 bedroom villa with an amazing view of Grand Cul de Sac's blue lagoon.

The spacious master bedoom, located off the living room, features exotic Balinese decor and opens onto a terrace, overlooking the garden and the pool. A large, modern bathroom with an open-air, walk-in shower boasts garden views.

The second bedroom is located in a separate cottage, opposite the master, providing privacy for guests. The third bedroom is independant to the villa.

Interior and exterior living spaces are fitted with attractive Balinese furnishings, which make comfortable lounging areas from which to enjoy the view and the gentle breeze of the trade winds. A well-equipped, modernly designed kitchen communicates with the exterior bar, providing a convivial space for dinner parties. The peaceful location and great privacy options, make spacious villa HIP an excellent gateway for groups of friends or family traveling together.

The villa is located in a convenient area as close to gourmet restaurants, nautical activities, beach and sports.

Terrace

Large, surrounds the villa. In the front, furnished w/ teak lounge chairs, opened onto pool and lagoon. In the back, lush garden w/ parking area. Large about 8-10 meters long, infinity, steps on both sides, views of the lagoon.

Surrounding by lush tropical garden composed off bougainvillea, coconut trees…

Kitchen

Modern w/ blue top granit counter, medium size, gourmet (fridge, oven, microwave), opened onto view and pool on a side. Part of the kitchen, there is a wooden bar w/ stools that opens onto the outside covered living room.

Dining Room

2 dining areas : one large same room as LR, and connects w/ kitchen, teak table can seat 8 pax. Opened onto the terrace, pool and view. The other one is part off the outside living room, by the gas BBQ, teak table can seat 4 pax. View over the lagoon.

Living Room

Same room as dining room, sliding doors, ceiling fans, opened onto outside covered terrace w/ pool and view. Connects w/ master bedroom. Angle banana leaves off-white sofa w/ Balinese touch. Flat screen TV, DVD player, Canal satellite, wireless connection in the master bedroom.

Bedroom 1

Located off the living room, King size Four poster bed + netting, flat screen TV, DVD playerm Canal satellite, small office part of the bedroom w/ printer, scanner and copier. Screens on sliding, fan, A/C, opened onto terrace + hammock. Large and modern ensuite bathroom located in the back w/ walking shower, 2 sinks, dressing w/ safe..

Bedroom 2

Located off the pool, in a separate cottage, same style as bedroom 1 (King size Four poster bed + netting, Antique pieces of furniture), ceiling fan, A/C, regular TV + DVD player, screens on sliding. Ensuite bathroom w/ eccletic décor (antique w/ modern), 2 sinks, walking showers. Large dressing w/ a key safe. Opened onto the pool.

Bedroom 3

Independant bedroom. 1 king size bed or 2 twin beds, dressind, ensuite bathroom.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
