The villa on the heights of Lurin, is located at few minutes from Gustavia, its restaurants, its shops and one of the most beautiful beaches of Saint Barthélemy: Gouverneur.

The different views, of the ocean, the sunset, the entrance to the port of Gustavia, the islands of Saint Martin and Saba are absolutely magnificent.
The new swimming pool overlooks the ocean, and has a large deck facing the sunset. The spacious living room open onto the deck and an outdoor dining area.
