Olive - OLI St. Barts

Villa Olive (OLI) is an outstanding new 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxurious villa built into the volcanic rock of Gouverneur, offering a breathtaking view over the island hills, the bay of St-Jean and the ocean.

Upon entering villa OLI, you will be fascinated by its size and the mix of sensation that it liberates.

Ascend a teak stairway to enter the villa and access the central pavilion which features the living room, the inside and outside dining areas and the kitchen.

At the left end of the central pavilion, there are two spacious bedrooms each in separate buildings divided by a teak walkway. The two other bedrooms are located at the right end of the villa, divided also by a teak walkway.

All 4 bedrooms are equivalent in size, view and amenities. The quality of the design and materials used within, compliment the warmth and beauty of natural element outside.

There is a long covered teak walkway along the back of the house which provides another lovely connection to all rooms. At either end of the walkway is a small lounging pavillion - for relaxing, or enjoying a tranquil massage in plein air.

Villa Olive is not only a very beautiful villa but a perfect universe, serene and exceptional! It is the ideal place for the ones seeking for privacy and peacefulness, just a few minutes’ drive from Gustavia, St-jean and the famous beach of Gouverneur.

Beautiful infinity heated lap swimming pool, surrounded by an expansive deck with lounge chairs. Wonderful views on the island hills, valleys and the ocean.

Garden

Beautifully landscaped desert gardens with cactus and palm trees planted around natural volcanic rocks.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, steam oven, gas stove, fridge and freezer, ice maker, 2 dishwashers, coffee machine and espresso machine, blender, electric kettle, electric fruit squeezer, food processor, wine cave, mosquito screen, ceiling fan. Gas BBQ outside. Service for 16 guests. Opens to dining area.

Dining Room

The dining room is located in a separate pavilion. It features a large wooden rectangular dining table for 10-12 guest. The kitchen and the dining are in the same air-conditioned room, opening on 4 sides, and offer a wonderful hillside, valley and ocean view.

Living Room

The living room is located in a separate pavilion. It has white couches and ottomans, cathedral ceilings, and is open on all sides.

Bedroom 1

1 king size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito screens, flat screen television with Dish Network, DVD player, dressing, minibar, safe. Ensuite bathroom with rain shower and regular shower head, 2 washbasins, hair dryer. Spacious bedroom located on the left side of the villa. Full wall glass doors open onto the front deck and views over St Jean and ocean.

1 king size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito screens, flat screen television with Dish Network, DVD player, dressing, minibar, safe. Ensuite bathroom with rain shower and regular shower head, 2 washbasins, hair dryer. Spacious bedroom located on the left side of the villa. Full wall glass doors open onto the front deck and views over St Jean and ocean.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
