Villa Rock U - ROK is a totally newly built villa located in Lurin overlooking the ocean, and Gustavia. It offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pool. The spacious living room entirely opens onto the pool deck facing the view.
It features a living area, a dining area and a gourmet kitchen at the back. The living room also opens onto a covered dining backyard, nestled in the wild tropical vegetation.
On each side of the pool terrace, there are three bedrooms. All are equal size offering the same amenities and face the view.
The terrace well-exposed to the sun is ideal to relax while sunbathing or relaxing nearby the pool. The villa also offers sunset views over Gustavia harbor.
Modern and practical, this villa is perfect for friends travelling together.
