Sunset Landing - AXS St. Barts

AXS is a totally renovated villa located on the top of the hill in Lorient (ex-TLP). The villa offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a heated pool with spectacular ocean, hillside and sunset views.

This villa features a modern style with contemporary furnitures mixing wood and steel. The villa offers a large living area shared with a modern dining area and a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. A second living area at the back separated by large glass doors is air-conditioned and offers all the entertaining amenities.

The 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom are equal size, each with their own private entrance making it a perfect villa for friends.

The terrace has been redone with teak and surrounds the infinity pool, shaped like a half moon. Ideal spot to relax in the lounges chairs while admiring the panoramic view.

Very private and quiet, this villa offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for vacation retreat.

Modern well-equipped kitchen w/ stainless appliances (fridge, freezer, wine cellar, oven, microwave, stove, toaster, blender, espresso coffee machine). Same room as living room & dining room separated by a counter top. Opens onto terrace w/ view.

Dining Room

Indoor dining room w/ large wooden table for 6 pax, in same room as kitchen & living room. Ceiling fans. Outdoor dining room w/ table for 4 pax to 8 pax.

Living Room

Same room as dining room & kitchen. Contemporary living room opening onto terrace w/ pool & view. Ceiling fans. At the back, separated by large glass doors, an air-conditioned TV room w/ flat screen TV, Direct TV, DVD player, internet w/ WiFi.

Bedroom 1

Opens onto terrace w/ ocean view. King size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, dressing, safe, ensuite bathroom w/ double vanity & walk-in shower. Connects to living room.

Bedroom 2

Opens onto terrace w/ ocean view. Queen size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, dressing, safe, ensuite bathroom w/ double vanity & walk-in shower. Independent from the main villa. Separate entrance.

Bedroom 3

Opens onto terrace. They are 2 beds of 1,40 and 0,90, ceiling fan, dressing, ensuite bathroom w/ single vanity 1 walk-in shower.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
