The View - VUE St. Barts

Villa The View (VUE) is located high up on the Colombier hillside with one of the most spectacular views that St Barths has to offer.

The panoramic view from the villa encompasses the islands of Nevis, St Kitts, St Eustatius, St Martin and the quaint harbor of Gustavia. This villa enjoys year round sunsets.

Chic, refined and elegant sum up the rich interior decor of this architectural masterpiece. All the rooms have the same Argentinian designer furniture, which is a unique collection of leather and parchment designs in natural hues and of exceptional quality. Stone steps lead down to the villa and the only sound to be heard is a contemporary stone waterfall that trickles gently, giving a soothing ambience. From here, you are completely mesmerized by the captivating view.

The living area is very spacious. Looking out from this room, it seems that the pool is overflowing into the ocean, giving the impression that the pool stretches to the horizon where the sea meets the sky. The kitchen is a gourmet delight with every convenience imaginable. The kitchen leads directly to the inside dining area, which in turn leads to the outside dining area. Two of the bedrooms are located on this same level and are similar in size. Their en suite bathrooms are very large and have double sinks and spacious shower areas; they even have the same incredible view! On a lower level, after meandering through the gardens is the third master suite, located in a separate cottage. Totally private from the main villa (and the rest of the world), guests can enjoy the heated Jacuzzi located on the bungalow's terrace or a quiet drink from the bar on the dining table. Inside the bungalow there is a sitting area, with plasma TV and music system, an office, dressing room and an enormous bathroom.

This villa boasts an unsurpassable location, luxurious elegance and is the perfect retreat for privacy.

Terrace

Large deck runs along the front of the villa, numerous sitting areas including an outside shaded living area with comfortable white cushions.

Lush gardens lots of bougainvillea and palm ferns.

Kitchen

Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Espresso Machine, Microwave, Toaster Gourmet kitchen with all amenities including a wine cave and a large central granite worktop. Beautiful crockery and glassware.

Living Room

Large living area with white sofa and tan suede chairs, opens onto the pool and view. Superb leather desk and hand crafted light fixtures.

Gym

Air Conditioning, iPod Docking Station Lower level - Equipped with a brand new Treadmill and Elliptical by Technogym. Opens to ocean view.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, En suite Bath, iPod Docking Station, Telephone Large bedroom w/leather bed, along w/leather and parchment furniture. Very large en suite bathroom that opens to terrace.

Bedroom 2

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath, iPod Docking Station Similar to bedroom #1, putty color leather furniture with dark wood, opens on to terrace and ocean view.

Bedroom 3

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, En suite Bath, iPod Docking Station Lower level - separate cottage w/private terrace & heated Jacuzzi. Sitting area w/Direct Plasma TV, DVD, CD, office & huge bathroom.

Bedroom 4

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, DVD Player, En suite Bath, Flat Screen TV, iPod Docking Station, Safe Lower level - Beige colored leather bed. Both the bedroom and en suite bath open onto a private terrace and ocean view.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
