Tichka - TCK St. Barts

Villa Tichka - TCK has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool. Perched above Flamands beach, St Barts, this recently built and elegant villa offers a wonderful view over the entire bay of Flamands and the surrounding islands.

The living room is spacious and bright, opening to the large terrace with ocean view. It is decorated with contemporary white sofas and exotic wood furniture. The large gourmet kitchen is at the back and separated by a breakfast bar. Next door, on the left, the outside covered dining area with a large dark wooden table invites you to enjoy nice dinners with friends while admiring the view. The two bedrooms are equal in size and well decorated with light colored wood furniture. Both open to the terrace with the incredible ocean view and feature king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with outdoor showers. The master bedroom is located next door to the living room. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side in a separate cottage.

The large terrace, which surrounds the medium size infinity pool, offers different areas to enjoy the soft ocean breezes, such as a comfortable living area to relax, a sunbathing sofa bed to take a nap or lounge chairs to read, while listening to the sounds of the waves. Ideally located on Flamands hillside, Villa TCK is perfect for friends traveling together, looking for quietness, space and comfort.

Large terrace facing the ocean surrounding the pool. Comfortable outside living area with sofa, 2 armchairs, 4 deckchairs and sunbathing sofa bed.

Garden

Nice tropical garden with bougainvillea and palm trees.

Kitchen

Blender, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Espresso Machine, Microwave, Toaster Gourmet kitchen opening to the living room via a breakfast bar with two stools. Opens to a back terrace with gas BBQ.

Outdoor covered dining room with a large dark wooden table seating 8 people.

Living Room

DVD Player, Flat Screen TV, Screens, Stereo Elegant, bright and spacious living room with two large white sofas. Opens to the terrace. Faces the ocean and Flamands.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, In-room Safe, Screens, WiFi Master bedroom with 4-poster bed, opening to terrace and private sun deck. Ensuite bathroom with double vanity and covered outdoor shower.
