KAM named villa Amelie perched on the Marigot hillside offers a splendid view over Marigot bay. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a solar heated pool and a heated Jacuzzi.

This lovely villa has a charming character thanks to a chic and ethnic style mixed with Swedish design in strong black and white contrast.

This villa has a main level where living room, dining room and kitchen are inter-connecting. All rooms open onto a balcony overlooking the pool area and the view.

One level down, the master bedroom is tastefully decorated in black and white tones. It offers a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom. A private terrace nestled in the vegetation hides a heated Jacuzzi ideal for relaxing.

On this same level, the huge terrace well-exposed to the sun surrounds a large heated pool. Deckchairs invite you to sunbathe. A gazebo also offers relaxing sofas to read or have a nap in the shade.

Below, the second bedroom features a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom, also decorated in black and white colors.

This villa is ideal for a couple looking for space and comfort in a well-appointed home.

On main level. Well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, wine cellar, oven, toaster). Ocean view over Marigot bay & Turtle island. Kitchen, dining room and living room are inter-connecting.

Dining Room

On main level. Opens onto balcony overlooking pool & view. Large black dining table for 6 pax. Dining room, living room & kitchen are inter-connecting.

Living Room

On main level. Opens onto balcony w/ ocean view & overlooks pool area. Well-aired. White & white sofas w/ antique furniture mixing a chic & ethnic style with Swedish design Flat screen TV, Dishnetwork, DVD player, internet w/ WiFi (on main level only). Living room, dining room & kitchen are inter-connecting.

Bedroom 1

Ocean view. King size bed, A/C, safe, ensuite bathroom w/ double vanity & walk-in shower. Ipod docking station. Chic black & white decor. Nearby the pool, one level down to the main level. Heated Jacuzzi for 4 pax, located in the private terrace of the master bedroom. Ocean view.

Bedroom 2

Located on lower level. Opens onto private terrace w/ view. King size bedroom, A/C, safe, ensuite bathroom w/ double vanity & walk-in shower. Flat screen TV, DVD player, Ipod docking station. Black & white decor.

Staff Details
