Villa Avenstar - STR St. Barts

STR - Villa Avenstar is made of five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two pools. This amazing villa is located in the hillside of Camaruche and offers a stunning view over Lorient bay, St Maarten and the ocean.

This newly built fully air-conditionned villa has three levels. On the main level, the main building features a designed gourmet kitchen, a contemporary living and dining area opening onto a large terrace surrounding the long heated infinity pool that cascades down to the below smaller one. Next door, the second bedroom is similar to the others.

The master bedroom is located slighly above on the higher level.

All the other bedrooms are located slighly below on the lower level. The fifth bedroom is more dedicated to host children as there are two double beds and en suite bathroom with bathtub. This level also offers a large teak terrace with a smaller pool, ideal for kids.

The entire villa offers modern amenities and comfort. The décor is made around grey and white tones.

This spacious villa is perfectly suited to welcome large family and guests for sharing dinners or having a cocktail white admiring the view!

Upon request, there is a sixth bedroom, perfectly and only suitable for a nanny or a chef, located in a separate area.

Staff Details
