Villa Jake - BAT St. Barts

Villa BAT is situated in Camaruche with fabulous views over the bays of Lorient and St Jean to Fourchue, St Martin and Anguilla in the distance. The sunsets are second to none, and the villa is very privately situated at the end of a quiet road.

The villa is built on different levels. On the main level, the living area, decorated with warm Caribbean colors, is wide open to the stunning 180 degree view, with comfortable lounge areas, a dining table on the covered terrace, and a fully equipped, bright and airy kitchen. On this level are the two master bedrooms opening onto the terracotta-tiled patio, each with en suite bathroom and the same wonderful ocean view. One has both indoor and outdoor shower. One level down is a smaller bedroom suitable for teenagers/staff.

The pool area, located on the lower level, has its own shower and a gazebo sheltering a second dining area with kitchenette and barbecue. The pool area is well-exposed to the sun and the view, but not to the neighbours.

The luscious, tropical vegetation, the sweeping ocean views, and the sunset backdrop all contribute to make this the perfect tranquil Caribbean hideaway.

Terrace

Upper, large terrace around the living and bedroom area, opening to the view. Second terrace surrounding the pool with gazebo and kitchenette with fridge and barbecue.

Kitchen

BBQ, Blender , Coffee Maker, Dishwasher , Freezer, Gas Stove, Microwave , Oven, Refrigerator Well equipped kitchen. Opens onto the outdoor covered dining area and the living room.

Dining Room

One dining area on the main level with a teak table for 6 guests opening to the ocean view, and a round teak table under the gazebo by the pool.

Living Room

CD Player, Ceiling Fan, DVD Player, Flat Screen TV, Satellite TV, WiFi Double, open-air living room decorated very colorfully with warm tones. Two sofa areas open onto the full ocean view. Located next to the kitchen.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed , Air Conditioning , En suite Bath, Safe, Screens Opens to the terrace. Located next to Bedroom 2 on the same level as the living room. En suite bath with Mexican tiles and indoor and outdoor showers.

Bedroom 2

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning , En suite Bath, Screens Opens onto the terrace. Located next to Bedroom 1 on the same level as the living room.

Bedroom 3

1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning, En suite Bath Bedroom 3 is smaller - suitable for a nanny or teenagers. Opens onto the terrace.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
