Villa Bibi - BIB St. Barts

There is a resident cat on this property. Villa Bibi (BIB) is perfection in every detail. Located high in Vitet, St Barts, with an incredible view over Cul de Sac and Tortue island, this villa offers peace, privacy, serenity and beauty.

The villa has been built using natural materials, the walls are a cream color. They have not been painted and are a mixture of cement and sand. The floors are all dark Brazilian wood. The linens in the bedroom and the sofas in the living room are pristine white and the bathrooms are a mixture of concrete, wood and chrome. The overall effect gives a feeling of elegant harmony.

The main building opens on every side, making it bright and airy. This room houses the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room is very large and opens to the view and the pool. The living area has incredibly comfortable sofas, chairs and overstuffed cushions and some colorful, original art work. The kitchen is a gourmet chef's fantasy come true, with every gadget possibly imaginable. The inside dining table is huge and can seat 12 people. There are three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms next to each other, opening to the pool and ocean view. The fourth bedroom is located at the entrance at the back of the villa with garden view and outside shower.The pool has light gray tiles giving the water a pale blue color, a large deck surrounds the pool.

SPECIAL NOTE: This villa rents for the list price over Thanksgiving, there are no breakdown rates.

Terrace

Wooden decking surrounds the villa. Large terrace in front of the villa. There is an outdoor shower the entrance of the villa by the front door.

Garden

Lush gardens. A driveway lined with palms that majestically welcome you to the villa.

Kitchen

BBQ, Blender, Coffee Maker, Food Processor, Icemaker, Juicer, Microwave, Toaster A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with every imaginable gadget. Beautiful crockery and glass dishware. There are two dishwashers.

Living Room

The huge living room with white overstuffed couches is just off the kitchen. There is a Plasma TV/DVD Player, CD Player, telephone and fax.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Alarm Clock, CD Player, Ensuite Bath, Screens At the entrance in the back of the villa w/4-poster, double sinks, indoor shower and outside open air-shower. Equal to master, although garden view.

Bedroom 2

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Alarm Clock, CD Player, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bath, Screens Master bedroom off the living room has 4-poster handmade bed from Martinique. Opens to ocean view.

Bedroom 3

2T or 1K, Air Conditioning, Alarm Clock, CD Player, Ceiling Fan, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, Screens Two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king. Single vanity in ensuite bathroom. Opens to deck and view.

Bedroom 4

2T or 1K, Air Conditioning, Alarm Clock, CD Player, Ceiling Fan, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, Screens Two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king. Single vanity in ensuite bathroom. Opens to deck and view. Next to bedroom #3.
